Chase the inspiration

DIY materials are one of the best sources of inspiration. Have you ever gone to a haberdashery store with no intention of buying anything in particular? You can also try going to a place that, at first, has nothing to do with the materials you are looking for. What about going to a hardware store to get inspired for accessories? It may seem stupid to spend a while looking at ceramics, glasses or whatever if you are looking for a ribbon to make a necklace. Think about what there's in front of you but forget what it actually is. Examine how it's been made, it's shape and colour... Suddenly something happens, your mind discovers a relation to what you are trying to solve and it brings you new ideas. Who says wallpaper is just for walls?

Here's a sneak peek of what is about to come during next weeks. Those are the materials I'm currently working with. I have made up my mind about what to do with most of them, but maybe we all together can find new great ideas. What do they suggest you? Do they remind you something? What would you do with them?
